  2. The carbon-13 spectrum indicates three chemically distinct carbons in the aliphatic region. Look at the proton spectrum below to determine how these carbons are related to one another.

  3. Now draw structural formulas for all of the compounds that you can think of that contain all of the structural elements that you have discovered.
  4. Which structural isomer is most likely to be the compound?
